The Ballroom

Upon entering the 3rd floor, you are graced with sparkling marbled porcelin tile, a spacious grand ballroom with soaring cielings and five breathtaking floor to ceiling windows that always display you and your guests in the best light. The furnishings and decor bring you back in time to the turn of the last century. Every piece is carefully and thoughtfully selected to elevate your experience by California’s talented interior designer, Dana Walsh. Venturing further into the ballroom you are welcomed with a beautiful mirror back bar to serve your guests the finest libations, and a polished dining table in the library to entertain small gatherings or become the backdrop for your event’s displays or desserts.

Included in your rental you will receive:

  • Access to the Ballroom, all four overnight sleeping suites, and the spa room. Checkout 2pm following day

  • 20 round tables (60” diameter)

  • 175 gold chivari chairs with ivory cushions

  • 5 cocktail tables with spandex covers

  • 8ft folding tables for a buffet

  • Dance floor

  • Onsite Event Supervisor during the event

  • Onsite bar

  • Setup and teardown of the tables, chairs and cleaning of the space. (Any outside items or rentals are responsibility of the client)

  • You have the flexibility to select your own caterer

  • Capacity: 175 people seated dinner

 

Overnight Suites & Spa

Every guest room is expertly designed to reflect a different style from the era. Furnished with antiques and glistening chandeliers, while blending in luxury modern conveniences such as diming lights, heated floors and motion activated underlighting in the bathrooms, cozy robes, fresh towels, crisp sheets, internet, and a coffee maker. The absence of TVs in the rooms adds to the overall experience of immersing yourself in the turn of the last century.

Master Suite

Master Suite

The largest of the rooms. Perfect for the bridal couple after a long night of celebrating, or honoring a CEO or VIP of your company in style. This room invites you in with it’s warm wood floors and fabulous kitchenette equipped with a microwave, cabinet minifridge with it’s own icemaker and a separate tap for boiling water. A large walk through closet will keep all of your clothes fresh and pressed with it’s built in dry cleaner and pants press. There is a couch and desk, and large bathroom with his and hers sinks, a walk in shower, heated towel rack, and separate bidet.

Private Spa

Just off of the Master Suite is a private spa that functions perfectly for a bridal “getting ready” suite or just a secret space to escape from the world and pamper yourself in the height of luxury.
